Library
  • The School Library books are for leisure and academics. Only one book will be issued at a time. Failure to return the books in time, will be fined. All books have to be returned before the final exam.
  • Writing, tearing, marking or underlining the library books is absolutely forbidden.
  • No reference books, magazines, periodicals, news paper etc. will be issued.
  • Books lost damaged or wrongly handled, will have to be paid for or replaced.
  • Perfect silence is to be observed in the library.
  • Students should return the books before the hall ticket for the final is exams issued.
  • In case of loss of books the cost of the book has to be deposited.
General Ruled For Students Conduct
  • It is not advisable for students to bring money or other valuable articles like electronic devices, jewellery etc. to school.
  • Any kind of damage to school property or spoiling the school premises/buildings will be made good at the cost of the responsible students.
  • No news paper, periodicals or any other literature may be brought into the school premises without the Principal's approval.
  • Collection for any purpose, is not to be made without the previous sanction of the Principal. This also applies to the parents and the students.
  • For any breach of the school students may be fined.. Necessary action will be taken at the direction of the Principal Any student who Is persistently insubordinate, is repeatedly or wilfully mischievous, or is guilty of malpractices in connection with examination or of unauthorised alteration in reports of certificates or who in the opinion of the Principal has an unwholesome influence on his/her fellow pupil, may be temporarily or permanently removed according to the gravity of offence.
  • When school is in session parents are not allowed to visit class or teachers without permission of the Principal/Headmistress.
  • Parents or guardians are earnestly requested to enforce regularity and discipline at home. They should see that their children devote adequate study hours. They must sign the monthly report and all the remarks in the diary. The monthly report should be returned the following day, duly signed by the parents/ guardian.
  • Every student must possess a copy of the school diary which is to be brought to school on all working days.
  • Parents/guardians should inform in writing to the Principal the change of address or telephone number, if any.
  • Parents should not give pocket money for outing/picnics without confirming the same from the Principal /H.M. If not the school authorities will not be responsible for any kind of untoward incidents.
  • Strict regularity and implicit obedience is to be executed in the class. Smoking / Alcohol / Panmasala / Tobacco etc. is strictly prohibited and liable for dismissal.
  • Any report of objectionable conduct out of the institution is punishable.
  • Parents must be given to understand that they cannot dictate terms but the Principal has the right to say on what conditions he/she will be admitted or retained in this institution.
  • Politeness, courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress and person are insisted upon.
  • No child suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, shall be permitted to attend the class.
  • Running, playing, shouting, inside the school building is not allowed. Student s should not remain in school after school hours..
  • Regularity and punctuality should become a habit with each pupil.
  • At the stroke of the school bell all students should attend the assembly after which all must disperse immediately classwise to their respective classes.
  • During the absence of the teacher, the class monitor is responsible for order and discipline in the class.
  • The Principal has the right to refuse the continuation of studies to any pupil in the school, whose conduct or influence is not satisfactory.
  • Mobile phones or personal music systems are not permitted In school campus.
  • English will be the medium of instruction and conversation.,

Rules For Examination / Promotions

  • 80% of attendance is essential for appearing in the final examination.
  • Absence from from school exams disqualifies the student from being promoted.
  • Exam Schedule: (Subject to changes)
    1st Term Exam                       August (third week)
    2nd Term Exam                      November (third week)
    Final Exam                             February (first week)
    Unit Test                                July, October, January February (last week)
  • Application for the verification of marks in special cases, may be considered at the discretion of the Principal.
  • Promotion criteria will be on the basis of the average 10% marks obtained in the monthly and 10% terminal examinations plus 80% marks obtained in the final examination.
  • To be eligible for promotion, a student must secure atleast 40% marks in each subject.
  • Grace marks, not exceeding 10 marks may be awarded at the discretion of the management.
  • It is compulsory that a student should appear for the final exam. In case of illness, the Principal should be notified immediately and a medical certificate must be presented.
  • Answer paper of the monthly Unit test will be sent home to be signed by the parents and should be returned to the school. The final examination paper will not be shown.
  • Promotion refused will not be reconsidered. No re-examination will Be held any subject.
